VS1 – Aficionado – Last Pack

VS1 Regular Seeds by Aficionado Seeds Sweet grape candy and doughy pie crust, that’s what hits first, and it comes from a cross built on Grape Pie So-Cal Cut crossed with a Sorbetto F3 male. VS1 seeds are a builder’s pack, a male-line cross meant for growers who want to dig into the genetics themselves rather than run a locked-in commercial cut. This is a pheno hunt pack through and through, and Aficionado built it that way on purpose. The Cross The Grape Pie So-Cal Cut brings that dessert-jar aroma, grape candy and creamy sherbet with berry running underneath. The Sorbetto F3 male is the pollen donor, a selected male chosen to pass on structure and vigor into the next generation. Together they land on caryophyllene, limonene, and myrcene, with light gas undertones rounding out the sweetness. What to Hunt For Because this is a male-line F3 cross in regular seed form, expect real spread across the pack. One documented phenotype from this cross ran short, compact, and slow to finish, so look for that stocky build alongside taller, faster-finishing sisters. The keepers will show that grape and pie crust nose loud and hold onto the creamy sherbet edge through flower. Running It Flower time runs 7 to 8 weeks, and yield potential is high, but this is a moderate difficulty pack, meaning it rewards a grower who watches the plants instead of running it on autopilot. Regular seeds mean sexing is on you, so plan for males in the mix if you’re hunting for a keeper female or holding a male back for your own breeding project. Worth knowing: if you don’t have room or time to sex a full pack of regulars and cull males, skip this one, the variation that makes it a good hunt pack is the same variation that demands space and patience. The window: Sixteen years I’ve spent building direct relationships with breeders like Aficionado, tracking down crosses like this before they disappear off the market for good. The last day to order for U.S. shipping is Dec. 4; after that, we keep shipping seeds from our international warehouses. What’s on the shelf right now is what’s left of sixteen years of collecting. If you want to hold onto this cross for your own breeding room or garden, lock in the pack now, don’t wait on this one.
