J&D Manufacturing 20" Fiberglass Funnel Fan – Gold Star Motor

J&D Manufacturing's Fiberglass Funnel Fans are purpose-built circulation fans designed to project air twice as far as conventional fans - eliminating dead zones and improving air exchange in barns, warehouses, poultry houses, and industrial facilities. The unique funnel-shaped fiberglass housing concentrates and throws airflow farther down the building, while the powder-coated tilting mount bracket allows precise directional control up/down and left/right. Equipped with a totally enclosed, maintenance-free, high-efficiency motor with sealed ball bearings, these 20" fans deliver reliable, energy-efficient performance with minimal upkeep. Features & Benefits Unique Funnel Housing - Throws Air Twice as Far: Proprietary housing shape concentrates and projects airflow significantly farther than conventional circulation fans, reducing the number of fans needed to cover a given space. Powder-Coated Tilting Mounting Bracket: Adjusts up/down and left/right for precise directional air control, allowing operators to target specific areas or animals without repositioning the fan. Totally Enclosed Maintenance-Free Motor: Completely sealed ball bearings and a sealed motor housing require no lubrication or servicing, reducing long-term maintenance costs. Rigid Fiberglass Housing: Enhanced structural integrity and durability compared to standard poly alternatives, with resistance to corrosion and impact in agricultural environments. Hot-Dip Galvanized Guard: Corrosion-resistant guard protects the blade assembly and meets safety standards for agricultural and industrial installations. 115/230V Dual Voltage: Available in dual-voltage configuration for flexible installation in a variety of facility electrical setups.
