Gutenbergs Dank Pressing Co. 6" x 6" Stainless Steel Rosin Filter Sheets, 25 Micron - Pack of 10 – 6" x 6" - 25 Micron - Pack of 10

Gutenbergs Dank Pressing Co. makes their stainless steel rosin filters using a small batch production method, just like all their other products, which allows them to craft their products to the highest possible quality and minimizing defects. The stainless steel mesh is made ultra thin so they will not be scratching into your rosin press plates. The ultra thin stainless steel mesh design also makes perfect for pressing hash material and operations including terpene separation. Stainless steel rosin filter screens are made of our premium stainless steel mesh, which is woven into a fine mesh screen. This screen is used to filter the plant material during the rosin pressing process, ensuring that the extracted oils are free of any impurities. The screens currently are offered in 25u, but can range from 25 microns to 220 microns. The mesh size refers to the size of the holes in the screen, with smaller numbers indicating smaller holes and larger numbers indicating larger holes. One of the benefits of using stainless steel rosin pressing screens is their durability. Unlike other types of screens, such as nylon or silk, stainless steel screens can withstand high temperatures and pressure without breaking or warping. This makes them ideal for use in the rosin pressing process, where temperatures can reach up to 300 °F and pressures can exceed 1,000 pounds per square inch. Stainless steel rosin pressing screens are also easy to clean and maintain. They can be washed with soap and water and then dried with a clean cloth or paper towel. Because they are made of stainless steel, they are resistant to rust and corrosion, which means they can be used repeatedly without losing their effectiveness. In addition to their durability and ease of maintenance, stainless steel rosin pressing screens are also highly effective at filtering plant material. The fine mesh screen allows for the extraction of the oils while filtering out any unwanted plant material or contaminants. This results in a cleaner, purer concentrate that is free of impurities and unwanted particles. Another benefit of using stainless steel rosin pressing screens is their versatility. They can be used in a variety of different rosin pressing setups, including manual presses, hydraulic presses, and pneumatic presses. They can also be used with different types of plant material, including flowers, trim, and kief. Please Note - This is product enhances terpenes. It does not introduce/contain/provide terpenes
