Concentrates can be diluted with up to 15 parts water to one part cleaning solution. Step 1 Cleaner is different – the product formulation includes a buffering agent that enables it to behave towards target material surfaces as a neutral solution, making it safe to use on virtually all metals, plastics and rubbers. Start by rinsing the surface with warm or hot water. Apply Step 1 Cleaner and let sit for 1-5 minutes. You may use a plastic razor, soft-bristled brush, or cloth to help remove tougher soils. Finish by rinsing with warm or hot water. This 32 oz. bottle is Ready To Use and does not need to be diluted.
