Running a PAA disinfectant like ZeroTol 2.0 or SaniDate 5.0 directly onto organically loaded surfaces reduces efficacy because the oxidizer gets consumed by the organic load before it can kill pathogens. Clean first with GreenClean Alkaline, then disinfect. That sequence is the difference between adequate and reliable sanitation.
