Twister T4 Trimmer Trimming Machine with Variable Speed

Twister T4 Trimmer: 23 Pounds of Wet Flower Every Hour A single T4 moves up to 23 pounds of wet flower, or seven pounds of dry material, through its tumbler in an hour. That figure describes one machine running alone. Three T4 units in tandem reach 78 pounds. The machine itself is a two-piece tabletop unit weighing 58 pounds and measuring 25 by 15 by 16.5 inches on the bench. It draws two amps at 115 volts through a standard NEMA 5-15 plug, so no electrician needs to be involved. Flower enters over a stainless guard, tumbles across a 304 stainless drum, and meets a nitrided steel blade reel underneath. Leaf and small trim fall through forty quarter-inch slots and leave through the vacuum port. What stays in the drum is trimmed bud. Growers running anywhere from a few lights to a few hundred choose this size for one reason. It keeps a single person at the hopper instead of six at a table. Variable Speed Control Across Thirty-Six Combinations Variable speed control is the reason this unit earns its keep across different strains and different moisture levels. Six tumbler speeds run from 47 to 96 RPM. Six blade speeds run from 980 to 1875 RPM. Together they give thirty-six combinations, and in practice you will settle on two or three of them. Dense, resinous flower wants a slower drum and a faster reel. Airy material wants the opposite. Cut height starts at 1 mm and micro-adjusts from there, so you decide how close the blades sit to the tumbler wall. The drum comes apart in under ten seconds without tools, which matters more than any figure once resin starts building. Plan to wipe it down every thirty to sixty minutes during a long run. The electrical housing is watertight, so the whole machine takes a pressure washdown at the end of the day. A 70 micron filter bag comes in the box, and Twister covers the unit for three years. Key Features Two-Piece Build: Lifts apart in seconds for carrying, cleaning and bench storage. 304 Stainless Tumbler: A five-inch drum with forty quarter-inch slots, built to resist contamination and wash down quickly. Nitrided Steel Blades: Hardened reel blades resist resin buildup and hold their edge through long harvest days. Micro-Adjustable Cut Height: Fine clicks move the blades closer to or further from the drum wall for tighter or looser trim. Watertight Electrical Housing: The unit takes a full high-pressure washdown without pulling the motors apart first. Adjustable Feet: Raise one end to change how quickly material travels down the length of the tumbler. Vacuum Ready: Pairs with the Twister Leaf Collector or the Trim Saver, both matched to this drum's airflow. Three-Year Warranty: Twister covers parts for three years, with a two-year extension available on request.
