True Liberty Bin Liners 48 x 30 in | 25 Pack, 25-37 Gal Totes

Which Bins a Food Grade Tote Liner Actually Fits A liner that is close but wrong is worse than none, because it rolls down the wall halfway through a fill. These measure 48 by 30 in, cut for a 25 to 37 gallon tote. That covers the grey and black bins most harvest rooms already own. Cuff the mouth over the rim and it stays put. Twenty five to a pack, and the pack weighs 4.46 lbs. One sizing point is worth settling first. It is a genuinely confusing neighbour. A can liner in the same range is 30 by 48, the same two numbers transposed. It is cut for a round can rather than a rectangular tote. The two weigh almost exactly the same, so weight will not tell them apart. Read the orientation and the container type rather than just the digits. The barcode for this liner is 847127010211. What Nylon Bin Liners Have to Survive in a Harvest Room A tote liner has a harder life than a storage bag, and the specification reflects that. It gets filled from height, dragged across concrete, stacked and tipped. So burst strength matters as much as the barrier does. This material is rated burst resistant as well as tear and puncture resistant. The burst rating is the one to look for, because most liners do not carry it. The material itself is one hundred percent food grade nylon, FDA approved and free of BPA. Nylon earns its keep on the barrier as well. Aroma stays inside through a cure, and the wall resists water, fat, oil and grease, so wet trim does not weep into the bin underneath. The temperature range runs from minus one hundred to four hundred degrees Fahrenheit. The low end is the useful half in a harvest room. A full liner goes straight into a freezer without going brittle along the fold. One practical note on handling. A nylon liner is slippery when a bin is tipped, so cuff it properly rather than tucking it in. Lift the liner rather than the bin once it is full. Key Features 48 by 30 in, for 25 to 37 gallon totes: Cuffs over the rim instead of rolling down mid fill. Burst resistant, not just puncture: The rating a liner needs, and most liners do not carry it. One hundred percent food grade nylon: FDA approved and BPA free, with a real aroma barrier. Minus 100 to 400 Fahrenheit: A full liner goes to the freezer without going brittle. Resists water, fat, oil and grease: Wet trim stays in the liner rather than in the bin below. Twenty five liners per pack: The pack weighs four and a half pounds in total. Not the same as a can liner: The can version is 30 by 48 and cut for a round can.
