TrolMaster ECS-9 | 12 ft RJ12 to 4-Pin IP65 LED Control Cable

What the TrolMaster ECS-9 Connects Cables are boring until one fails in a sealed room. This is the link between a TrolMaster lighting control adaptor and a ThinkGrow LED fixture. It runs from the RJ12 socket on an LMA-T adaptor to the threaded four pin waterproof connector those lights use. Twelve feet is the working length, which covers a fixture hung above a bench from an adaptor mounted on the wall. The four pin end carries an IP65 rating, so it is a threaded seal rather than a push fit. That matters in propagation and flower rooms where humidity sits high and condensation forms on cold metal. It is a plug and play part with no wiring, no crimping and no polarity to get wrong. The environmental rating runs from 32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit at up to ninety percent humidity. Where This RJ12 Cable Fits in a Lighting Chain TrolMaster lighting control runs as a chain, and a chain is only as reliable as its weakest connector. The adaptor talks to the controller over a phone style link, and this cable carries that signal the last stretch to the fixture. Allow one cable per light rather than one per adaptor, since each fixture needs its own run. Keep the cable off the floor and out of standing water even with the IP65 connector. The rating covers the connector rather than the whole assembly. Route it away from ballast and driver cabling where you can, which is ordinary practice for any low voltage control run. The package contains one cable and nothing else, so confirm you already have the LMA-T adaptor before counting this as a complete solution. If your fixtures use a different fitting, this is not the cable for them, and TrolMaster makes a separate part for each connector type. Key Features Twelve Foot Length: Long enough to reach a hung fixture from a wall mounted adaptor without a joint in the run. IP65 Connector: The four pin end threads and seals rather than pushing on, which suits a humid room. Plug And Play: There is no wiring, no crimping and no polarity to get wrong during installation. LMA-T Compatible: It mates with the RJ12 socket on the Lighting Control Adaptor T and the ThinkGrow fitting. Wide Environmental Range: Rated from 32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit at up to ninety percent relative humidity. One Per Fixture: Each light needs its own run, so count fixtures rather than adaptors when working out quantity.
