The Press Club Canvas Bubble Bags, 5 Gallon 8-Pack. 220 to 25 Micron

The Press Club Canvas Bubble Bags for Ice Water Hash This is a complete eight-bag set for washing trichome heads off frozen or dried material with ice water. Each bag has canvas walls and a food-grade screen in the bottom. The set steps through 220, 190, 160, 120, 90, 73, 45 and 25 micron, with the 220 acting as the work bag. A 2.25 in mesh filter band on the sidewall gives water a second way out, so each bag drains faster once it is lifted. Inside, a military-grade waterproof liner keeps the canvas from flaking into the resin. Every seam is hand-sewn with the maker's pink stitching, which they rate at twice the strength of typical wash bags. Heavy-duty, double-sided grommets let each bag hang to drip-dry after the run. A premium drawstring with cord locks cinches the set onto any standard bucket. A mesh carrying case is included for drying and storage. The bags are made in the USA and backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Running a Wash With 5 Gallon Bubble Bags Nest the collection bags inside an empty bucket, finest screen at the bottom and coarsest on top. Material, ice and cold water go into the work bag in a separate bucket for agitation. After the wash, the work bag lifts out and the water is poured through the stacked set. Each bag is then pulled in turn, and the heads caught on that screen are scraped onto a drying tray. The middle grades usually carry the cleanest heads, while the coarsest and finest bags tend to collect more plant debris. Keeping each grade separate lets you judge quality before deciding what to press, cure or blend. These 5 gallon bubble bags suit home hash makers and small rooms washing a few pounds of material at a time. Larger wash vessels need bigger bags than a standard bucket holds. Rinse every bag in cold water after the session and hang it by the grommets until fully dry. Store them in the mesh case so screens stay flat and away from dust. Key Features Eight Micron Grades: 220, 190, 160, 120, 90, 73, 45 and 25 micron screens separate heads by size for grading. Canvas Walls, Mesh Screens: Water exits through the screen and sidewall band, so heads collect on the screen and not the walls. Waterproof Liner: The military-grade liner stays intact and keeps canvas fibers out of the resin. Reinforced Pink Stitching: Hand-sewn seams hold up to repeated wet loads and wringing. Hang-Dry Grommets: Double-sided grommets make it easy to hang each bag after rinsing. Mesh Carrying Case: The case lets the set air-dry and keeps the bags together between washes. Lifetime Warranty: Manufacturing defects are covered for the life of the bags.
