SunBlaster NanoTech T5 HO Fixture 4 ft | 54W 6400K Strip Light w/ Reflector

SunBlaster NanoTech T5 HO Fixture, the 4 ft Strip With Its Reflector Fitted This is a single-lamp T5 high-output strip light that comes paired with SunBlaster's NanoTech reflector, so it hangs and plugs in as one unit. The lamp draws 54W at 110-130V and burns at 6400K, a cool daylight spectrum for germination, clones and veg. The 4 ft lamp puts out 4,150 initial lumens with 10,000 hours of life. A bare strip throws much of that light sideways and up into the shelf above. The reflector catches it: it recovers 99.9% of that lost light, for an average gain of 48% and up to 300% more lumen availability. The lighting angle is 103 degrees, which spreads the light across the full width of a tray row. Up to 8 units link from a single power cord using the included jumper plug. Unboxed, the fixture measures about 48 x 3 x 1.5 in, light enough to hang from a wire shelf with the supplied clips. Growers typically run it a few inches over seedlings and cuttings, then raise it as plants gain height. Too high and the gain from the reflector disappears, because fluorescent light drops off fast. What the NanoTech T5 Reflector Changes on a Seed Shelf On a multi-tier rack, that reflector separates a strip that lights its own tray from one that spills output onto the shelf above. It also keeps glare out of your eyes, since the light goes down onto the plants instead of across the room. Most growers line several of these side by side over a germination bench, daisy-chained so the whole shelf runs on one timer. The built-in electronic ballast starts instantly, with no separate ballast box to mount or wire. Clip mounting works flat under a shelf or hanging from chain, so it fits both wire racks and tents. The nanotech t5 reflector is fitted at the factory here; it also comes separately for older bare strips. Be realistic about where it stops. A single tube at this spectrum suits propagation and veg, not a flowering canopy that needs far more intensity. For larger plants, it works best as side or under-canopy fill alongside a main fixture. When output fades near the end of rated life, swapping the tube restores it without replacing the reflector. Key Features Reflector Pre-Fitted: The NanoTech reflector ships mounted on the strip, so usable light rises without an extra part. 6400K Daylight Spectrum: Cool blue-white light keeps seedlings and clones compact with short internodes. Links Up to 8 Units: One power cord and the jumper plug run a full bench of strips on a single timer outlet. Self-Ballasted, Instant Start: The electronic ballast is built in, so there is nothing extra to wire or mount. Flat or Hanging Clips: Mount it under a wire shelf or hang it on chain inside a tent. 10,000-Hour Lamp: Rated life covers about 20 months of 16-hour propagation days before a relamp.
