Secret Jardin Intense 600 (INT600) Commercial Grow Tent. 20 ft, Aluminium Frame

Built for Scale: The Secret Jardin Intense 600 This walk-in tent runs 20 ft long and is built as a portable grow room rather than a cabinet. The frame uses aluminium tubes of 23 mm diameter with a 1.5 mm wall. Stainless steel corners with a dual-lock mechanism hold each joint firm once assembled. The roof centre carries up to 165 lb of fans, filters and fixtures. Walls are a strong, washable fabric about 0.6 mm thick, and the shell is light-proof. Inside, a 95% reflective Mylar lining bounces light back into the canopy. Roll-up doors close on heavy-duty zips, so the room seals tight during lights-off. Ports and socks around the walls take ducting, exhaust and power cords. Intense tents of the same width can be linked to form longer rooms or a pre-chamber. The kit arrives in a strong wooden crate that can be reused for storage. Planning a Commercial Grow Tent Install A commercial grow tent of this length needs floor space mapped out before the crate is opened. Measure ceiling height and door clearances, then leave a working aisle around the outside for access. Assemble the frame on a level floor with at least two people, locking every corner before the fabric goes on. Hang heavy fixtures and carbon filters from the roof bars, spreading weight rather than loading one point. Plan intake and exhaust at opposite ends so fresh air sweeps the full length of the room. Run cords through the cable ports and seal unused socks to keep the shell light-proof. Wipe the lining down between crops with a mild cleaner to keep reflectivity high. A floor liner or trays under the plants protect the fabric base from spills. Fit an environmental controller to handle the larger air volume. Check zips and corner locks after each harvest. Set up properly, it gives a commercial crop a clean, controlled room that can move with the business. Key Features 23 mm aluminium frame: 1.5 mm wall tubes keep the structure light and stiff.
