Ruck 6 inch Tabbed Protection Grille | IP44 Wire Duct Guard

A Tabbed Protection Grille That Fits 6 Inch Duct Without Tools Push it in and the tabs hold it. That is the whole installation, which is why this pattern turns up on service vans rather than the screw-fixed kind. The wire grille is IP44 rated against dust and splash, weighs 0.2 lbs, and fits every Ruck 6 in collar. Getting a Wire Duct Grille In and Out for Cleaning Fit it at the open termination, intake or exhaust. On a 6 in tent exhaust it stops wasps finding the duct during lights-off. Treat it as exclusion only, never as filtration, because fine mesh at 6 in would cost noticeable pressure. Cleaning is a matter of pulling it out, knocking it clear and pushing it home. Wire construction keeps the pressure penalty negligible, which matters when a 6 in fan has little to spare. The tabs are sized to Ruck collars and seat without force. Key Features Tool-Free Tabbed Fit: Folded tabs grip inside the collar, so nothing is drilled or screwed. High Free Area: Wire construction costs far less static pressure than a pressed sheet. IP44 Rated: Rated against dust ingress and splashing water. 6 in Duct Fit: Matches Ruck 6 in collars and standard 6 in ducting. 0.2 lbs: Adds no meaningful load to the duct or its supports. Pulls Out by Hand: Cleaning takes seconds, which is why it actually gets done.
