NPK Industries RAW Nitrogen 20-0-0 Water Soluble Ammonium N. 8 oz

RAW Nitrogen 8 oz: The Correction-Sized Bag of Ammonium N Pale lower leaves halfway through veg are usually the moment this bag comes off the shelf. It is NPK Industries' soluble nitrogen supplement in the size most tent and small-room growers actually finish. Inside is 20% nitrogen, all of it ammonium, derived from ammonium sulfate, with no nitrates or urea. The rate runs 1/16 to 1/8 teaspoon per gallon in the reservoir. A 2 oz pack is rated for 200 gallons, so this 8 oz bag covers roughly 800 gallons of feed water. For a handful of plants on a weekly reservoir, that is a lot of corrections from one bag. It dissolves completely, so it goes straight into a watering can or a drip reservoir without straining. Soil, coco and hydro all take it, and it works as a foliar feed. Spray a few leaves and wait a day before treating the canopy. Keep the bag sealed between uses, since dry ammonium salts pull moisture from humid air and cake. A 20-0-0 Fertilizer That Moves Only One Number As a 20-0-0 fertilizer, it moves only the nitrogen number, which is exactly why it suits a small grow. You can fix a hungry plant without pushing extra phosphorus or potassium into a feed that was already balanced. The trade-off is how ammonium behaves once it reaches the roots. Uptake is fast, and the root zone turns more acidic as the plant absorbs it. Most soils shrug that drift off. Coco and hydro show it on the pH meter within a reservoir or two, so check runoff more often over the next few feeds. It works best layered on top of a complete base nutrient, not as the main nitrogen source. Taper it off after mid-flower, when extra nitrogen feeds leaf at the expense of bud. Commercial rooms mixing large reservoirs every day will burn through this size quickly, and the 2 lb bag makes more sense there. Key Features Sized for Small Grows: Roughly 800 gallons of feed water, enough for tents and small rooms. Ammonium-Only Nitrogen: No nitrate or urea, so you know exactly which form you are adding. Fully Water Soluble: Mixes clean into watering cans and drip reservoirs alike, with nothing left to strain. One-Number Correction: Lifts nitrogen without disturbing the phosphorus and potassium already in your base feed. Several Application Routes: Soil, coco, hydro and foliar use from the same bag.
