Netafim WPCJ CNL 1.0GPH NIPP OUT 250/BAG

Netafim WPCJ CNL 1.0GPH NIPP OUT 250/BAG The Netafim PCJ (Pressure Compensating Junior) dripper, also known as the "Woodpecker Jr.," is a world leader in pressure-compensated drip irrigation technology. Recognized for its quality and widespread use, this dripper is designed to deliver uniform and accurate flow rates over a broad range of input pressures, making it ideal for a variety of irrigation needs. Advanced Pressure Compensating Design: The innovative PC (Pressure Compensating) design of the Netafim emitter ensures a consistent flow rate, regardless of varying inlet pressures. This feature is crucial for the precise distribution of water and nutrients, allowing for the efficient and effective hydration of plants. Built-in CNL Check Valve: Each dripper is equipped with a CNL (Check Non-Leak) check valve that shuts off flow when the pressure drops below a preset value. This mechanism prevents the draining of lines to their lowest point, thereby maintaining the integrity of your irrigation system and conserving water. Resistant to Clogging: The precision-molded flow channel in the Netafim PCJ dripper is highly resistant to clogging, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted operation. This resistance is particularly beneficial in environments with high sediment or particulate matter. FEATURES AND BENEFITS: Wide Water Passages: The design includes wide water passages, significantly improving clogging resistance and ensuring a steady flow of water. Patented PC System: The patented pressure differential system maintains a uniform flow rate across different inlet pressures, ensuring precise water and nutrient distribution. Self-Flushing System: A continuous self-flushing system further enhances resistance to clogging, making the dripper more reliable. Anti-Drain (CNL) System: The optional CNL model eliminates drainage and refill effects, improving efficiency in pulse irrigation and saving water. Flexible Emitter Quantities: The number of emitters can be increased as needed to meet the growth rate requirements of trees or other plants. "Spider Assembly" Compatibility: Allows installation of a "spider assembly," dividing the water supply to multiple outlets or PC spray stake units. SPECIFICATIONS: Large Water Passages: Designed to minimize blockages and ensure a consistent flow. Recommended Filtration: 130 micron / 120 mesh. Filtration should be chosen based on water quality, with additional pre-treatment as advised by Netafim™ experts for high sediment levels. Variety of Flow Rates: Offering five different flow rates to cater to specific irrigation requirements. Multiple Outlet Options: Available with three different outlets - nipple, barb to 3 mm ID, and barb to 4 mm ID micro-tube, providing flexibility in system design. Suitable for Thick-Walled Pipes: Designed to be inserted into pipes with wall thicknesses of 0.90, 1.00, 1.20 mm. Low CV and High-Quality Diaphragm: Injected emitter with very low CV, and a high-quality injected silicon diaphragm for consistent performance.
