Netafim WPCJ CNL 1.0GPH NIPP OUT 25/BAG

Netafim WPCJ CNL 1.0GPH NIPP OUT 25/BAG Cutting-Edge Drip Irrigation Technology: The Netafim WPCJ CNL 1.0GPH Nipple Outlet Dripper, commonly known as the "Woodpecker Jr.," is at the forefront of drip irrigation technology. This pack of 25 drippers is designed for those seeking a top-tier, pressure-compensating irrigation solution that ensures uniform and efficient water distribution across various agricultural and horticultural settings. Consistent Flow with Pressure Compensating Design: Each dripper is equipped with a 1.0 GPH pressure-compensating emitter, delivering a consistent flow rate regardless of varying inlet pressures. This uniformity is crucial for the even distribution of water and nutrients, making it ideal for precise irrigation requirements. Built-in CNL Check Valve for Enhanced Efficiency: A key feature of the Netafim WPCJ dripper is its CNL (Check Non-Leak) check valve. This valve prevents the drainage of lines when pressure drops below a set level, conserving water and maintaining the integrity of your irrigation system, particularly in pulse irrigation scenarios. Resistance to Clogging: The dripper's flow channel is highly resistant to clogging, a vital attribute in environments with sediment-laden water. This feature ensures reliable and continuous operation, minimizing maintenance and downtime. FEATURES AND BENEFITS: Wide Water Passages: The design incorporates wide passages to enhance clogging resistance and maintain a steady water flow. Patented Pressure Compensation System: Maintains uniform flow rates at different inlet pressures, ensuring precise water and nutrient delivery. Self-Flushing System: Continuously self-flushing to further resist clogging. Anti-Drain (CNL) System: The optional CNL model eliminates drainage and refill effects, boosting efficiency in pulse irrigation. Adaptable Emitter Quantity: The number of emitters can be increased based on plant growth rate requirements. Compatibility with Spider Assembly: Allows installation of a "spider assembly" for distributing water to multiple outlets or PC spray stake units. SPECIFICATIONS: Large Water Passages: Designed to minimize blockages and ensure consistent flow. Recommended Filtration: 130 micron / 120 mesh, selected based on water quality and sediment levels. Flow Rate Options: Offers five different flow rates to cater to various irrigation needs. Outlet Varieties: Available in three outlet types - nipple, barb to 3 mm ID, and barb to 4 mm ID micro-tube. Suitability for Thick-Walled Pipes: Compatible with pipes of thicknesses 0.90, 1.00, 1.20 mm. Quality Components: Features an injected emitter with low CV and a durable injected silicon diaphragm.
