Munch Machine Mother Bucker, 150 lbs/hr Wet, Indoor or Outdoor – Indoor

An Industrial Bucking Machine Built From Hops Equipment Bucking is the bottleneck nobody plans for. The Mother Bucker takes 150 lbs of wet material an hour, or about 37 lbs dry. Feed a stem into the matching die hole and the machine pulls it through, stripping flower off a clean stem. Die plates cover stems from 3/16 in up to 3/4 in, and four-hole and five-hole plates come in the box. Variable speed lets you slow down for carefully dried material or open up on fresh stems. Forward and momentary reverse clears a jam without tools. It runs on a standard 110V, 15 amp circuit through a 25 ft industrial cord. The motor is a 1/2 HP Lenze on a VFD drive, with SealMaster bearings on 1.25 in steel shafts. The machine stands 52 in tall, 40 in wide and 32 in deep, weighing 300 lbs. Munch Machine builds it in the USA on a hops-equipment lineage going back decades. A Wet and Dry Destemmer That Cleans Up in Ten Minutes Harvest equipment lives or dies on cleanup. Every surface that touches flower is food-grade stainless steel, and the frame is powder coated. Rubber rollers, motor oil and bearing grease are all food-grade, and the electronics are washdown rated. Ten minutes at the end of a shift is what the manufacturer quotes for a full clean. Electrics carry UL, CSA and CE approval with a NEMA rated control box. An emergency stop switch sits within reach of the operator. Two versions exist: an indoor unit on industrial casters and an outdoor unit on flat-free off-road tyres. Both are the same machine underneath, so choose by where it will live. Munch Machine warrants it for five years, which outlasts the service life of many machines.
