An Organic Wetting Agent for Even Leaf Coverage Spray that beads on a leaf is spray that never worked. A surfactant breaks that surface tension so the droplet spreads instead. Leaf Life Widespread Organic is an organosilicone adjuvant built for exactly that job. Loveland describe it as a non-ionic wetting, spreading and penetrating surfactant. It is OMRI listed, so it fits inside an organic programme. It works at very low concentrations, which is characteristic of organosilicones. Compatibility covers most liquid organic fertilisers and pesticides. The range is acid to neutral, roughly pH 5.5 to 7.0. Outside that band, check compatibility before mixing a full tank. This is the one gallon container. Using an OMRI Listed Surfactant Without Overdoing It Organosilicones are powerful and easy to overapply. Too much and the spray sheets straight off the leaf and onto the floor. Run a jar test with your tank mix before committing a full batch. Add it last, after the fertiliser or pesticide is already in solution. Spray with lights off and let foliage dry before they come back on. Wear gloves and eye protection when handling the concentrate. Store it out of damp and out of heat, though freezing does not harm it. A clean spread is the point, not a wet one. If the leaf is dripping, the rate is too high.
