Integra Boost 45mm Round Packs Seat Inside a Standard Jar Cap Put a rectangular packet in a round jar and it folds, takes headspace, and ends up lying on the product. The disc format exists to solve that one problem. At 45 mm across it lies flat inside a cap or a liner, out of the way of whatever is underneath. Each disc weighs 1 g. That makes it the one round size you can pick by the numbers rather than by eye. It holds 55% RH, moving vapor in both directions until the headspace settles. The fill is plant-based glycerin and water, salt-free, so nothing gritty transfers to what it touches. Round Humidity Packs for Jar Lids, and How to Size Them Sizing a round pack is simpler than it looks: match the disc to the contents, not to the cap. One gram covers up to 3.5 g, which is a single eighth. That puts the 45 mm on dispensary vials, small pop-tops and sample jars. Anything holding an ounce wants a 4 g packet instead. The wider 51 mm disc covers 7 g and suits a bigger closure, and the 37 mm handles the narrow ones. This case ships 3,500 discs loose, with no overwrap and no indicator cards. That trim is what a capping line needs to make the per-disc cost work. The cost of that is visibility. Nothing on a bare disc tells the person at the far end when it is finished, so replacement has to be scheduled rather than seen. Key Features 45 mm Circular Format: Lies flat inside a cap or liner, where a rectangular packet folds and steals headspace. 1 g Per Disc: The one Boost diameter with a weight, so the size is a measured choice rather than a guess. Covers Up To 3.5 g: Matched to a single eighth, the volume a dispensary vial or small pop-top actually holds. 55% RH Setpoint: The drier of the two storage tiers, which suits longer holds and denser material. Salt-Free Plant-Based Fill: A glycerin and water blend, so nothing crystallizes onto the product resting against the disc. 99% Biodegradable and Non-Toxic: Spent discs go out with room waste rather than into a hazardous stream. 3,500 Discs Per Case: Line quantity, priced for a packaging run rather than a shelf. Also Made at 37 mm and 51 mm: Two wider discs cover closures the 45 mm leaves gaps around. SKU B45M55J Where Does a 45 mm Disc Sit? Inside a cap, a liner or a lid recess, which keeps it clear of the contents. It can also lie among them if the closure has no room. How Much Does One Disc Cover? Up to 3.5 g, a single eighth. The 4 g packet covers 12 g, the 8 g covers a full ounce, and the 67 g covers a full pound. Why Is There No Indicator Card? This is the bulk configuration. Cards and overwrap are what a retail pack pays for, and stripping both is what brings the per-disc cost down. Should You Run 55% or 62%? 55% runs drier and suits longer holds and denser material. 62% keeps more moisture in and is the usual pick for jars that move quickly.
