Hydrofarm 2 inch Net Cup | Bag of 200, Slotted Mesh Basket

Why a Bag of 200 Hydrofarm 2 inch Net Cups Makes Sense Two inch cups get used in numbers, not in ones. A bag of 200 covers a full raft build or a season of cloning without a second thought. The mesh wall is the working part: roots pass straight through it rather than circling, and water drains evenly instead of sitting at the base. Any medium works in them, from rockwool starters to clay pebbles or a plug. Fitting 2 inch Net Pots Into a Hydroponic System A 2 in cup drops into the standard hole cut in bucket lids, rails and raft boards. That is why the size turns up in so many DWC and NFT builds. Small is the trade-off here. There is very little medium in a cup this size. It dries fast in air, so it needs a plug or a system that keeps the base wet. Growers running larger plants usually start here and step up once roots fill the basket. Key Features Bag of 200: Enough to build out a full system or run a season of clones without reordering mid-project. 2 in standard fit: Drops into the 2 in holes cut in bucket lids, NFT rails and raft boards without modification. Slotted mesh wall: Roots exit through the sides rather than circling, which is what keeps a young root mass open. Even drainage: Water clears the whole basket instead of pooling at the base, so the medium is not sitting wet. Takes any medium: Rockwool, clay pebbles, plugs or a coco blend all sit in these without an insert.
