At full power it puts out roughly 1011 µmol/s from 240 diodes. That works out to about 1.6 µmol/J, lower than modern white-diode bar lights. What you gain instead is control. The C plate mixes 450 nm blue, 660 nm red, 735 nm far red and 5700K white. Each color can be set on its own, so the spectrum changes without touching the hardware. The body is compact at 16.7 x 8.6 x 7.8 in and 17.6 lb, closer to a shoebox than a panel. An internal fan with variable speed handles cooling, so there is no duct to run.
