HBX Disposable Coverall, 45 GSM, CAT I, No Boot Cover, XL - Pack of 50

Maximize Facility Biosecurity with the HBX Disposable Coverall The Hydrobuilder HBX Disposable Coverall is specifically engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern cultivation facilities where hygiene is a primary concern. By utilizing a 45 GSM microporous fabric, this protective suit offers a superior balance of durability and airflow, preventing the accumulation of heat during intensive labor. Its Category I rating makes it the ideal choice for flower room inspections, trimming, and general sanitation where heavy chemical resistance is not required. Advanced Material Specs for Professional Protective Suits Designed with a focus on utility, this garment features an integrated hood and elasticated closures at the wrists and ankles to ensure a secure fit that blocks dust and spores. The absence of built-in boot covers allows growers the flexibility to use their preferred specialized footwear or heavy-duty rubber boots without restriction. Each disposable coverall in this 50-pack serves as a critical tool in preventing cross-contamination between different zones of your facility, ensuring crop integrity from veg to harvest. Key features: Lightweight Microporous Fabric: The 45 GSM material provides a breathable yet effective barrier against fine dust, spores, and incidental liquid sprays. Enhanced Facility Biosecurity: Single-use design effectively prevents the transfer of contaminants and pathogens between different grow rooms or plant strains. Footwear Versatility: The no-boot-cover design allows technicians to pair the suit with their own specialized work boots or dedicated shoe covers. Secure Protective Fit: Features an elasticated hood, cuffs, and ankles combined with a front zipper and storm flap to minimize skin exposure. Industrial Bulk Packaging: The 50-count pack ensures your facility is always stocked for daily rotations, inspections, and routine sanitation protocols. Suggested Use Workflow Select the correct size — it should be comfortable and allow full movement. Don the coverall, starting with the legs and then the sleeves, pulling the hood over your head. Zip fully and secure the flap if included. Use during light tasks — trimming, cleaning, bagging, sorting, inspections, or light spray work. Avoid friction or sharp edges; minimize contact with abrasive surfaces to reduce wear. Remove carefully — peel backward, turning inside out to contain particles. Dispose after use — this is a single-use garment for hygiene and barrier integrity. Why HBX Disposable Coveralls (45 gsm, Cat I) Spec’d for low-risk but contamination-sensitive cultivation tasks Balances protection and comfort better than heavier, full-barrier suits for daily use Allows the use of separate boot covers or footwear per task or environment Prevents cross-contamination between grow rooms, clean zones, and different strains Complements your full-protection coveralls (e.g. 55 gsm Cat III suits) for tasks that don’t require heavy barrier gear
