HBX Disposable Coverall, 45 GSM, CAT I, No Boot Cover, Large - Pack of 50

Superior Contamination Control with Protective Garments The Hydrobuilder HBX Disposable Coverall is the industry standard for maintaining a sterile environment in high-performance gardens. Crafted from 45 GSM microporous fabric, these disposable suits offer a breathable yet effective barrier against dust, pollen, and light particulates. By utilizing these suits, growers can prevent the cross-migration of pests and pathogens between different flower rooms or facility zones. The lightweight design ensures that staff remain comfortable during long shifts of trimming or plant maintenance without sacrificing necessary coverage. Durable Disposable Suits for Professional Facilities Engineered for utility, this protective garment features an elasticated hood, wrists, and ankles to provide a secure fit that moves with the body. These disposable suits are specifically designed without boot covers, allowing professionals to pair them with their preferred heavy-duty footwear or specific site-required boots. The integrated storm flap over the front zipper adds an extra layer of defense against incidental contact. Ideal for sanitation, packing, and light-duty nutrient handling, this 50-pack provides a cost-effective solution for large-scale operations requiring daily PPE rotation. Key features: Enhanced Biosecurity: Minimizes the risk of transferring mold spores or pests between sensitive cultivation areas. Breathable 45 GSM Fabric: Provides a lightweight barrier that reduces heat stress for workers during intensive labor. Footwear Versatility: The "no boot cover" design allows growers to use their own specialized rubber boots or dedicated indoor shoes. Full Body Coverage: Includes an elasticated hood and limb cuffs to ensure comprehensive protection from hair, skin cells, and dust. Bulk Efficiency: The 50-count pack ensures your facility is always stocked with essential PPE for staff and visitors. Suggested Use Workflow Select the correct size — it should be comfortable and allow full movement. Don the coverall, starting with the legs and then the sleeves, pulling the hood over your head. Zip fully and secure the flap if included. Use during light tasks — trimming, cleaning, bagging, sorting, inspections, or light spray work. Avoid friction or sharp edges; minimize contact with abrasive surfaces to reduce wear. Remove carefully — peel backward, turning inside out to contain particles. Dispose after use — this is a single-use garment for hygiene and barrier integrity. Why HBX Disposable Coveralls (45 gsm, Cat I) Spec’d for low-risk but contamination-sensitive cultivation tasks Balances protection and comfort better than heavier, full-barrier suits for daily use Allows the use of separate boot covers or footwear per task or environment Prevents cross-contamination between grow rooms, clean zones, and different strains Complements your full-protection coveralls (e.g. 55 gsm Cat III suits) for tasks that don’t require heavy barrier gear
