GrowoniX Sediment Filter Pleated 2510 PL

GrowoniX Pleated Sediment Filter for High-Flow Water Systems The GrowoniX pleated sediment filter is a 2.5 x 9.75 in replacement cartridge. It catches dirt, sand, silt, and rust before they reach your carbon stage. The pleated design folds the media into a wide surface area. That holds more debris and runs at very low pressure drop for high-flow setups. It is made from 100% polypropylene polyester with FDA CFR 21 approved material and meets NSF standards 42, 61, and 372. The media is bacteria and chemical resistant, and it is rated for roughly 8,000 gallons. It comes standard in most GrowoniX systems. A Washable, Reusable Sediment Filter That Cuts Downtime Here is the part growers like. When flow drops, pull the cartridge and rinse it with a garden hose, then drop it back in. That stretches the time between changes and trims your filter spend. Replace it once the pleats stay discolored or flow no longer recovers. As the first stage ahead of carbon and the RO membrane, it shields both from the particulate that fouls them. It fits the GrowoniX EX and GX series, from the EX100 through the GX400HF. Key Features Washable and reusable: Rinse with a garden hose and reinstall to extend service life and cut replacement cost. Very low pressure drop: Pleated surface area keeps flow high across the cartridge. High dirt-holding capacity: Wide pleated media traps more sediment between changes. Durable construction: 100% polypropylene polyester, bacteria and chemical resistant. Certified materials: FDA CFR 21 approved and meets NSF standards 42, 61, and 372. Long service interval: Rated for roughly 8,000 gallons in high-flow use. RO protection: First-stage sediment removal keeps particulate off your carbon filter and RO membrane. Wide compatibility: Standard in most GrowoniX systems; fits the EX and GX series from EX100 to GX400HF.
