It runs on the AetherMesh Sub-GHz 6LoWPAN protocol. It hardwires to the network over a 5 ft Ethernet cable. Wall power comes from a NEMA 1-15 plug. One Access Point connects up to 200 GrowFlux Mesh devices at ranges up to 500 ft indoors. AES128 encryption protects the wireless link, and a CR2032 backup battery keeps the internal clock running through power and Internet outages. Setup pairs through a phone app over Bluetooth.
