Growers Choice TSL LED PFS SERIES - 40W System, 4 Unit Combo

Low-Profile LED Grow Light for Vertical Farming Racks The Grower's Choice TSL PFS LED 4-unit combo runs 160 watts total across four 40W bars. Each bar produces 100 µmol/s PPF at 2.5 µmol/J efficacy in the GC-3K Full Phase spectrum. The 1.5 inch ultra-thin housing and 1.0 kg per bar weight target stacked rack vertical farm lighting builds. Inter-tier clearance matters in commercial racks, and these bars keep that clearance tight. Osram top-bin diodes sit on a 47.2 by 5.1 in aluminum profile. Each bar covers approximately 2 by 4 ft of bench space, summing to 8 sq ft per combo. Power factor is greater than 90 percent, so utility billing reflects actual consumption. L90 light maintenance runs greater than 54,000 hours under typical commercial duty cycles. T5 Fluorescent LED Replacement for Propagation Beds Growers typically mount the bars at 6 inches above the canopy on cloning beds and seedling trays. They also fit leafy greens and microgreens propagation racks where T5 radiant heat would scorch tender tissue. The 3K full phase spectrum spans 3000 to 3300K with CRI 85 and emphasis at 660nm and 450nm. That spread supports stage transitions from propagation through early vegetative growth in stacked rack vertical farm lighting builds. Passive cooling removes fan noise and a common failure point in tight-tier rack farms. IP65, ETL, and CE certifications cover wash-down cleaning between rotations. The 60 percent HVAC reduction versus comparable T5 setups means cooler rooms with less compressor runtime. Master-cord daisy-chain wiring keeps installs clean across long bench rows. Power factor stays above 90 percent across the 4-bar combo for honest billing. Key Features 4-Unit Combo Configuration: Four 40W bars share one master cord; total 160W across about 8 sq ft. PPF and Efficacy: 100 µmol/s per bar at 2.5 µmol/J fits propagation and leafy greens PPFD targets. 3K Full Phase Spectrum: GC-3K spectrum at CRI 85 with peaks near 450nm and 660nm for balanced stage support. Ultra-Low Profile: 1.5 in thin housing weighing 2.2 lbs per bar fits tight rack tiers without crowding. L90 Lifetime: Rated greater than 54,000 hours of L90 light maintenance for multi-year capex planning. Multi-Voltage Operation: 120 to 277V input matches residential, light commercial, and 3-phase rooms. IP65 / ETL / CE Certified: Sealed bars handle wash-down cleaning in commercial leafy-greens facilities. Passive Cooling: Fanless aluminum housing eliminates fan noise and a common failure mode in rack farms.
