Grow Solutions DCS - Dynamic Charge Sprayer 240V

What the DCS Charge Sprayer Does Differently Spray from an ordinary nozzle simply falls. It lands on the top of a leaf, and the underside stays dry, which is where mites and aphids actually live. This unit charges every droplet as it leaves the nozzle. A charged droplet is pulled toward the nearest grounded object, and a plant is grounded. The droplet turns the corner at the leaf edge and lands underneath. Droplet size sits near 40 microns, light enough for the charge to steer it. Running a Greenhouse Sprayer at 240 Volts The technology here matches the 120V unit exactly. What changes is the supply. Pick this build if the room is already wired for 240V, and the 120V version if it is not, because neither converts. Air assist drives the charged cloud into the canopy instead of leaving it on the outer leaves. Active ingredient drops by 25 to 50% for the same result, with far less water per pass. The nozzle is ceramic, which holds its orifice where brass wears open, and optional flow discs change the rate without a nozzle swap. Two things to know about any greenhouse sprayer that works this way. The charge needs something grounded to pull toward, so it does less on plastic or bare benching. And droplets this fine travel, so it belongs in a space where you control the air. Key Features Charged droplets reach the leaf underside: Electrostatic attraction pulls spray onto the grounded plant instead of past it onto the floor. Roughly 40 micron droplets: Fine enough to stay airborne while the charge steers them onto the target surface. 240V supply: Matched to rooms already wired for 240V. The 120V build covers everything else. Air assist for canopy penetration: Pushes the cloud into the plant rather than coating only the outer leaves. 25 to 50% less active ingredient: Equivalent results, with a large drop in water volume. Ceramic nozzle with optional flow discs: Resists the abrasion that opens a metal orifice, and the rate changes without swapping the nozzle.
