Grow Solutions DCS. Dynamic Charge Sprayer 120V

How a Dynamic Charge Sprayer Reaches the Underside of a Leaf Conventional spraying fights gravity and loses. Droplets travel down, hit the top surface, and the underside stays dry. That is a problem, because mites and aphids live under there. This unit puts an electrical charge on each droplet as it leaves the nozzle. Charged droplets are drawn toward the nearest grounded surface, and a plant is grounded. They curve around the leaf edge and land underneath. What an Electrostatic Sprayer Changes in Practice Droplet size sits near 40 microns, fine enough to stay airborne long enough for the charge to steer it. Air assist pushes that cloud into the canopy rather than letting it settle on the outer leaves. Very little lands on the floor and the walls. Active ingredient drops by 25 to 50% for the same result, with a large drop in water volume per pass. Fewer tank refills follows from that. The nozzle is ceramic, which resists the abrasion that opens up a brass orifice over a season. Optional flow discs change the rate without changing the nozzle. Two honest caveats on any electrostatic sprayer. The charge needs a grounded target, so it does less for you on plastic or bare benching. And fine droplets drift, so this belongs indoors or in a greenhouse where air movement is yours to control. A 240V version covers rooms wired for it. Key Features Charged droplets wrap to the leaf underside: Electrostatic attraction pulls spray toward the grounded plant instead of past it. Roughly 40 micron droplets: Fine enough to stay airborne while the charge steers them onto the target. Air assist for canopy penetration: Drives the cloud into the plant rather than leaving it on the outer leaves. 25 to 50% less active ingredient: The same result, with far less solution hitting the floor. Ceramic nozzle with optional flow discs: Resists the abrasion that opens up a metal orifice, and the rate changes without a nozzle swap. Built for indoor and greenhouse use: Quick drying, low drift in a controlled space, and available in 120V or 240V.
