GreenBroz Model M Dry Trimmer | 16 lbs/hr, 316 Stainless, Wash-Down

GreenBroz Model M Dry Trimmer and Its Patented Blade Bowl The Model M rolls cured flower around a bowl over a patented blade assembly. Buds keep moving against the cutting surface, so leaf is clipped while the natural shape of the flower survives. Every surface that touches product is 316 surgical-grade stainless steel, backed by 6061-T6 aluminum, HDPE and nylon 6/6. Rated throughput reaches up to 16 lbs per hour, which suits a cultivation of around 150 lbs per harvest. Speed adjusts from 1 to 20 RPM. The machine runs on 110 VAC and draws 3 A, or about 330 W, from a standard outlet. On its stainless stand it measures 51 x 37.25 x 41.25 in and weighs 190 lbs. A removable digital HMI sets run time and speed. Forward and reverse let the operator change how the bowl moves the flower. An emergency stop sits within reach of the operator. Running the GreenBroz Trimmer Through a Commercial Harvest Quiet operation is the first thing most crews notice, since there is no vacuum or blower roaring beside the bench. Conversation and music carry on while it works. Start slow, watch the first batch closely and raise speed only when the finish looks right. The timer then repeats that setting batch after batch. Trim falls into a collection bin, so the leaf stays clean enough to save for extraction. Cleanup is built into the design. The motor is sealed to IP65 and the control panel sits outside the cutting area, so the machine can be washed down. Cutting chamber, blades and exit door all come apart, and a full wash takes about ten minutes. That leaves few corners for resin and debris to hide in between strains. Flower should be properly dried before it goes in, because damp buds stick and clog the blades. The stand and frame make it a permanent fixture rather than something moved daily. Plan floor space near a grounded outlet and a sink for wash-down. Key Features Patented Blade Bowl: Flower rolls across the blade assembly instead of tumbling, preserving bud shape and trichome coverage. 316 Stainless Contact Surfaces: Surgical-grade stainless steel touches the product everywhere, which supports clean, compliant processing. Commercial Throughput: Up to 16 lbs per hour suits harvests of around 150 lbs per cycle. HMI Timer and Speed: A removable digital interface sets run time and speed from 1 to 20 RPM for repeatable batches. Wash-Down Ready: An IP65 sealed motor and quick-release chamber, blades and door allow a full wash in about ten minutes. Whisper Quiet Motor: No vacuum or blower is needed, so the trim room stays quiet during long sessions. Forward and Reverse: Direction control changes how the bowl moves flower, helping dial in the finish per strain.
