Futurola Fatboy 120/30 Dutch Brown Pre-Rolled Cones, Blank Tip, Case of 2,688

Futurola Fatboy Cones: The 3 Gram 120/30 Size in Dutch Brown This case holds 2,688 Fatboy pre-rolled cones from Futurola, size 120/30, in Dutch Brown paper. Futurola packs the Fatboy in boxes of 448, so the case equals six boxes. Each cone is 120 mm long with a 30 mm tip, a 15 mm crown and an 8.2 mm base. That wide profile takes about 3.0 grams per cone, well above a standard king size. The papers come from France and Spain and are sealed with organic Arabic gum from the acacia tree. Futurola describes them as its finest, thinnest papers, rolled for a slow, even burn. The tips are blank, with no printing, which suits brands applying their own packaging. The Dutch Brown color gives a natural, unbleached look on the shelf. The Fatboy is compatible with the Knockbox 50, 100 and 300. Each machine needs the matching Fatboy filling device for this cone size. Filling Futurola Pre Roll Cones at Production Scale Futurola pre roll cones this size fill fastest on a Knockbox fitted with the Fatboy device. Grind material to a consistent, medium texture, because fine powder packs too tight and coarse chunks leave voids. Keep the grind fairly dry. Damp material clumps in the funnel and fills unevenly across the tray. Load the tray, run the vibration cycle, and check a few cones by weight before closing the whole batch. A 3.0 gram cone forgives small variations, but uneven fills still burn unevenly. Close the crowns with a twist or a crown tool, then store finished pre-rolls in sealed containers away from heat and light. Keep unopened cone boxes flat and dry so the paper does not warp or pick up moisture. A full case suits operations running several Knockbox cycles a day.
