Futurola 109/21 King Size Pre-Rolled Cones, Classic White, 1,000 a Box

Futurola King Size Cones at 109 by 21 The numbers in the name are the dimensions. Total length is 109 mm and the tip accounts for 21 mm of that. The crown opens to 12.5 mm and the base tapers to 5.8 mm. Fill capacity works out at roughly 1.3 g. That taper is what matters on a filling line, because a consistent base means a consistent seat in the tray. Papers come from France and Spain and sit on the thin side of the range. The seam uses arabic gum from the acacia tree rather than a synthetic adhesive. Thin paper burns with less of its own character. It also tears more easily when the fill is rushed. Boxes hold a thousand cones each. Filling These in a Knockbox Machine A knockbox machine is where bulk quantity starts to make sense. The KB50, KB100 and KB300 all take this size, and each one fills a full tray in a single knock. Hand-filling is fine for a few dozen, and past that the machine pays for itself in wrist strain alone. Consistency is the real argument rather than raw speed. A tray-filled cone gets the same pressure as the one beside it, and even fill weight is what keeps a batch repeatable. The honest limit is that cones are consumable and thin paper is fragile. Store them somewhere dry and flat, because humidity softens the seam and a crushed box is a wasted box. Check the tip against your tray before committing to a large quantity. Sizes are not interchangeable between machines.
