EZ Trim Wander Trimmer | Handheld Wet Trim Wand, Vacuum Assisted

EZ Trim Wander Trimmer for Wet Trimming on the Branch The Wander is hand trimming with a motor behind it. A slim wand holds a stainless blade spinning inside an offset tube. A wet/dry vacuum connected to the wand draws air through a cutting slot. As the wand passes over a bud, suction pulls the leaf away from the flower and into the slot, where the blade clips it. Clippings travel down the hose into the vacuum, ready for processing. One operator typically finishes about 1 lb per hour, measured in dried weight. A flex shaft links the wand to a control box that runs on 120V, drawing 1.7 A and about 204 W. Separate dials set blade speed and vacuum suction. Start the motor just above medium and the suction between medium and high, then adjust for each strain. Product-contact parts are food-grade 6061 aluminum, food-grade stainless steel and an HDPE bucket. The complete kit weighs 30 lbs and packs into a 20 x 20 x 10 in footprint, with the toolbox holding every part. Working a Handheld Bud Trimmer Through a Fresh Harvest It performs best on fresh, wet flower, while buds are still attached to the branch. Prep comes first, with branches separated and fan leaves pulled by hand. Then catch each leaf tip with the slot and work in a light, circular tapping motion, rotating the bud to reach tight spots. Crow's feet come off by following the leaf in from its tip. Sticky strains want more blade speed, while small or delicate buds want less suction so they stay on the stem. Tap the wand on the wet sponge every few branches to keep the tube lubricated. Every hour or so, run the motor with the vacuum off and dip the wand in hot water to flush resin. Trimmed branches go straight onto the drying line, which keeps the hang-dry workflow intact. Empty the vacuum before clippings pile up and sit wet. Clean the wand right after the session while residue is fresh, using a tube brush and Simple Green. Never use alcohol on the wand itself. A two-person team, one prepping and one trimming, keeps the pace steady. Key Features Vacuum-Assisted Cutting: Suction pulls leaf into the slot before the blade cuts, so flowers stay untouched and unnicked. Independent Speed and Suction: Separate dials tune blade speed and vacuum draw for sticky, dense or delicate strains. Wet Trim on the Branch: Trimming happens on fresh branches, which then go straight to the drying line. Clippings Collected: All trimmed leaf lands in the vacuum, ready to spread out and process. Food-Grade Contact Parts: 6061 aluminum, stainless steel and HDPE touch the product. Complete Toolbox Kit: Wand, control box, flex shafts, hose, suction controller, sponges and maintenance kit store together.
