EcoPlus Classic 4 inch Inline Fan. 160 CFM, 120V, Steel Housing

What a 4 Inch Inline Fan Rated at 160 CFM Actually Covers Four-inch fans get bought for rooms they cannot serve, so the arithmetic is where this one is worth meeting. At 160 CFM it turns over the air in a 2x4 tent many times an hour with headroom left. Put it on a 4x4 with a loaded carbon filter and a long duct run and it will struggle. Size it honestly and it is a quiet, dependable little fan. The housing is steel with a black powder-coated finish rather than the plastic most fans this size use. Installing This Inline Duct Fan in a Tent or Booster Run Wall and ceiling brackets come attached, so it hangs without extra hardware. It arrives pre-wired with a 120V cord, which means no junction box work at the tent. There is no speed control on the fan itself; output is whatever the controller you wire ahead of it allows. Mount it at the end of the duct run pulling air rather than pushing it, and keep the filter on the intake side. EcoPlus backs it for five years, which is long for this price class. Keep the run short and the elbows few, because every bend takes airflow off the rated figure. Key Features 160 CFM at 4 in: Enough exchange for a small tent, or a booster on a long duct run.
