Dry & Mighty Bag X-Large, 10 Pack | 16.5 x 14.5 in, 6 in Gusset

What the Dry and Mighty X-Large 10 Pack Gives You The X-Large measures 16.5 inches wide by 14.5 inches tall. The base carries a 6 inch gusset. Usable volume works out at about 23.5 litres a bag with the gusset open. Ten of them is a deliberately small count. It exists so a room can try the size before standardising on it. Film and closure are the standard Dry and Mighty specification. LDPE in three laminated layers, a light-blocking outer and two moisture barriers behind it. The ziplock reseals, and the bag also takes a heat or vacuum seal. The film is FDA approved, food safe and BPA free. Per bag the cost is at its highest at this count. That is the honest trade for a ten-bag pack. When a Wider Bag Footprint Pays Off A wider bag footprint changes what fits flat rather than what fits by weight. Whole branches and long colas go in without bending when the mouth is wider. Bending is what breaks trichomes, and breakage is the loss nobody weighs. That is the real case for the wider footprint, and it is not about volume at all. The wider mouth also makes a vacuum seal easier to run cleanly. A narrow bag funnels material up against the seal bar when air is drawn out. A wide one lets the load settle sideways and keeps the seal line clear. Weight is the limit to respect either way. A full X-Large of dense material is heavy enough that the handles it does not have start to matter. Lift from underneath rather than by the top of the film. The film is puncture resistant and it is still film. Carry a loaded bag by its zip once and you will not do it twice.
