Dramm FertiCart SprayTrax 50 gallon Agitation Aeration for Dosatron D40 (40 gpm) Injector w DC 12v Agitation/Aeration

Precision Fertigation for High-Flow Dosatron D40 Systems The Dramm FertiCart SprayTrax is engineered to support the high-demand requirements of the Dosatron D40 (40 GPM) injector, acting as a robust 50-gallon mobile stock tank for large-scale facilities. Equipped with a unique agitation bar, the system provides up to 5 GPM of continuous flow to keep dense fertilizers and stubborn chemical powders perfectly dissolved and uniform. Beyond basic mixing, the integrated air injection system aerates the tank to maintain saturation levels of dissolved oxygen, which is essential for maximizing nutrient uptake and preventing root stress. This constant oxygenation also plays a vital role in keeping nematodes and other beneficial biologicals viable throughout the entire application process. Industrial Durability and Seamless Greenhouse Maneuverability Constructed for the rigors of commercial cultivation, the FertiCart utilizes the heavy-duty SprayTrax cart design to ensure long-term reliability in humid greenhouse environments. The addition of specialized rear casters allows for effortless 360-degree maneuverability, making it easy for a single operator to transport 50 gallons of solution through narrow aisles and across varied thresholds. The DC 12V power configuration provides the versatility needed for remote agitation and aeration, ensuring your stock solution remains consistent even during transport. By pairing this durable cart with your high-flow dosing system, you eliminate sediment buildup and ensure that every gallon of water delivered to your crops contains a perfectly blended, oxygen-rich nutrient mix.
