Dramm FertiCart SprayTrax 100 gallon Agitation Aeration for Dosatron D45 (20 gpm) Injector w DC 12v Agitation/Aeration

High-Capacity Stock Solution Management for Commercial Cultivation The Dramm FertiCart SprayTrax 100 Gallon is designed to meet the demands of large-scale facilities, acting as a robust, mobile stock tank for the Dosatron D45 (20 GPM) injector system. This model utilizes a unique agitation bar driven by a powerful pump to provide up to 5 GPM of continuous flow, preventing heavy sediments and complex nutrient salts from settling at the bottom of the tank. By keeping the solution in constant motion, the FertiCart ensures a perfectly uniform concentration is delivered to your fertigation line from start to finish. The high-capacity 100-gallon tank significantly reduces the frequency of refills, allowing for longer run times and increased labor efficiency in expansive greenhouse ranges. Advanced Aeration and Superior SprayTrax Maneuverability Beyond standard mixing, this FertiCart features an integrated air injection system that continuously aerates the solution to maintain saturation levels of dissolved oxygen. This is critical for growers utilizing beneficial biologicals or nematodes, as the constant oxygenation keeps them viable and active during the application process. Built on the heavy-duty SprayTrax chassis, the unit features specialized rear casters that provide exceptional 360-degree maneuverability even when the 100-gallon tank is full. The DC 12V power configuration ensures that agitation and aeration can continue during transport, providing a consistent, oxygen-rich nutrient mix to your plants regardless of where the cart is positioned within the facility. Key features: 100-Gallon High-Capacity Tank: Maximizes efficiency in large-scale operations by allowing for massive stock solution batches with fewer refills. Precision Dosatron D45 Integration: Specifically configured to provide a uniform, high-volume stock supply for 20 GPM injection systems. Integrated Air Injection: Maintains high dissolved oxygen levels, ensuring that nematodes and other beneficial biologicals remain healthy and viable. Powerful 5 GPM Agitation: Utilizing a specialized agitation bar, the system keeps stubborn powders and heavy fertilizers perfectly dissolved in suspension. Elite SprayTrax Mobility: The industrial-grade cart design with rear casters allows a single operator to navigate a full 100-gallon tank through tight aisles and over thresholds.
