Dramm FertiCart 50 gallon for D45 (20 gpm) Dosatron Injector w AC Agitation/Aeration

High-Efficiency Nutrient Management for Dosatron D45 Systems The Dramm FertiCart is an industrial-grade mobile solution designed to support the high-demand requirements of the Dosatron D45 (20 GPM) injector. This 50-gallon unit features a powerful AC-powered pump that provides up to 5 gallons per minute of continuous agitation through a specialized agitation bar, effectively keeping heavy fertilizers and complex nutrient salts from settling. By maintaining a perfectly uniform solution, the FertiCart ensures that your injector pulls a consistent concentration every time, eliminating the risks of nutrient stratification and ensuring your crops receive the precise balance required for high-performance growth. Advanced Aeration and Enhanced Biological Viability Beyond standard mixing, the FertiCart includes an integrated air injection system that continuously aerates the solution to maintain high saturation levels of dissolved oxygen. This feature is a critical utility for professional growers utilizing nematodes or other beneficial organisms that require oxygen to remain healthy and viable during the application process. Built on the rugged SprayTrax chassis with industrial rear casters, this cart offers exceptional maneuverability through narrow facility aisles. The chemical-resistant 50-gallon tank and durable frame provide a long-lasting, reliable platform for applying fertilizers, disinfectants, and growth regulators in demanding commercial environments. Key features: Optimized for Dosatron D45: Specifically configured to integrate seamlessly with 20 GPM injection systems for precise, large-scale nutrient delivery.
