Dosatron SPECIAL INJECTION STEM FOR D45RE8IE AF

High-Flow Metering for 20 GPM Dosing Systems The Dosatron D45RE8IE Injection Stem Assembly (Part #CD105AF) is the essential suction and metering engine for the D45 series, a high-performance injector capable of handling flow rates up to 20 gallons per minute. This "Special" assembly is engineered to maintain a precise injection ratio of 3% to 8% (1:33 to 1:12), making it ideal for applications requiring higher concentrations of additives. As a genuine OEM replacement, the CD105AF restores the volumetric precision of your unit, ensuring that concentrated solutions are drawn into the mixing chamber uniformly, regardless of fluctuations in the mainline water pressure. Advanced Aflas Resilience for Alkaline Environments Equipped with specialized Aflas (AF) seals, this assembly is specifically formulated to resist degradation from high-pH, alkaline chemistries and aggressive industrial detergents. Unlike standard seals that can swell or fail when exposed to basic environments, Aflas maintains its structural integrity and sealing pressure under continuous-duty operation. By replacing the entire injection stem assembly, facility managers can eliminate suction leaks and ensure a pressure-tight interface. This protects the operational lifespan of the 20 GPM dosing equipment while ensuring consistent delivery of specialized plant protection or water treatment products. Key features Direct D45RE8IE Series Replacement: Specifically engineered for the 20 GPM high-concentration injector models, ensuring an exact factory-spec fit and structural alignment. Superior Aflas Chemical Resistance: Engineered to withstand aggressive alkaline chemicals and high-pH additives, preventing premature seal failure and suction loss. High-Concentration Dosing Precision: Maintains a consistent 3% to 8% injection ratio, perfect for specialized treatments requiring higher nutrient or chemical density. Restores System Vacuum: Eliminates internal air leaks within the injection assembly to ensure the volumetric accuracy required for high-performance facility management. Industrial-Grade Reliability: Built to handle the hydraulic stresses of 20 GPM systems, providing the robust infrastructure needed for facility-wide nutrient delivery.
