Dosatron SPECIAL BOM SEAL KIT D8RE3000 K VF

Precision Maintenance for High-Flow, Low-Dose Injection The Dosatron Special BOM Seal Kit (Part #8PJ075K) is a critical maintenance solution for the D8RE3000 series, the industrial engine of choice for water flows up to 40 gallons per minute. Because the D8RE3000 is calibrated for highly concentrated, low-dose injection ratios (0.03% to 0.125%), maintaining a perfect internal vacuum is essential. This kit provides all the specialized O-rings and seals required to overhaul the lower injection portion of the unit, eliminating air leaks and ensuring the volumetric accuracy required for sensitive fertigation and water treatment protocols. Using this genuine Bill of Materials (BOM) kit ensures that every component meets the exact tolerances of the original factory assembly. Industrial Viton Resilience for Acidic Environments This "K" variant kit is equipped with high-durability Viton (VF) seals, specifically selected for their superior resistance to acidic additives, low-pH fertilizers, and various industrial mineral oils. Unlike standard seals that can swell, soften, or fail when exposed to aggressive acids, Viton maintains its structural integrity and sealing pressure under continuous duty. By implementing this genuine OEM seal kit as part of a proactive maintenance schedule, facility managers can prevent hazardous chemical leaks and costly system downtime, ensuring the 40 GPM dosing system provides reliable, maintenance-free operation in demanding greenhouse and nursery environments. Key features: Direct D8RE3000 Series Replacement: Specifically curated for 40 GPM ultra-low dose injectors, ensuring an exact factory-spec fit for all critical internal seal points. Viton (VF) Chemical Resistance: Engineered to withstand acidic chemicals and concentrated fertilizers, preventing premature seal degradation and suction loss in harsh environments. Restores Volumetric Accuracy: Eliminates vacuum leaks within the injection assembly to maintain the precise 1:3000 to 1:800 dosing ratios required for sensitive crop treatments. Comprehensive BOM Kit: Provides a complete set of essential seals in one package, simplifying field repairs and ensuring all wear components are replaced simultaneously. Industrial-Grade Reliability: Built to handle the hydraulic stresses of high-flow irrigation systems, protecting your facility’s infrastructure and crop health from dosing inconsistencies.
