Dosatron PLUNGER D14MZ520 SN 18113022 and above

Optimized Nutrient Delivery with the D14MZ520 Plunger The Dosatron plunger is the critical internal vertical rod responsible for driving the injection cycle within your high-ratio nutrient delivery system. By moving seamlessly through the injection sleeve, this component creates the precise vacuum pressure needed to maintain ratios between 1:20 and 1:5. Without a properly functioning plunger, your D14MZ520 cannot achieve the 5% to 20% uptake required for concentrated liquid applications. This replacement ensures your dosing remains accurate and your crop receives uniform nutrition throughout every irrigation cycle. Durable Construction for Aggressive Liquid Solutions Fabricated from high-performance, chemical-resistant polymers, this plunger is built to withstand prolonged exposure to concentrated mineral salts and pH adjusters. It is designed exclusively for D14MZ520 units manufactured from November 2018 onwards, specifically covering serial numbers 18113022 and higher. Maintaining this component is essential for preventing pressure loss and ensuring the longevity of your 9 GPM injector. Invest in genuine Dosatron parts to maintain the tight tolerances necessary for high-volume commercial cultivation environments. Key features: Precision High-Ratio Injection: Specifically calibrated to maintain vacuum pressure for 1:20 to 1:5 dosing accuracy.
