Dosatron PISTON HEAD ASSY FOR D07 COMPACT W/ VF SEALS

Optimize Nutrient Injection with the Dosatron D07 Piston Head Assembly The mechanical heart of your fertigation system relies on the consistent movement of the motor piston to provide accurate dosing. Over time, friction and chemical exposure can wear down internal components, causing the injector to lose its rhythm or stop entirely. This Dosatron D07 Piston Head Assembly is the professional solution for hardware fatigue, providing a complete refresh of the primary moving part. By replacing the entire head rather than just individual gaskets, you ensure a perfect seal and mechanical alignment, extending the service life of your D07 Compact unit significantly. Durable VF Seals for Acidic Solution Management Equipped with high-grade VF Viton seals, this assembly is specifically engineered to withstand the harsh environment of acidic concentrates common in high-performance hydroponics. While standard seals may degrade when exposed to solutions with a pH between 0 and 7, these VF seals maintain their structural integrity and elasticity. This assembly includes the compact motor piston head and the pre-installed piston shell, making it a drop-in replacement that restores the hydraulic suction and pressure required for consistent crop feeding cycles. Key features: Restores Mechanical Drive: Instantly fixes units that have stopped clicking or cycling due to internal motor wear. Acid-Resistant VF Seals: Specifically designed to handle pH-down solutions and acidic fertilizers without leaking or swelling. Complete Drop-In Solution: Includes the piston head, pre-installed shell, and connecting components for a fast, hassle-free installation. Precision Dosing Consistency: Eliminates pressure fluctuations by ensuring the motor maintains a perfect seal against the inner chamber. Extended Injector Life: Replacing the full assembly prevents uneven wear on the outer body, saving you from more expensive repairs later.
