Dosatron MZ PISTON ASSY VF SEALS

Maintain Peak Efficiency with the Dosatron Piston Assembly In a high-performance hydroponic environment, consistent nutrient delivery is non-negotiable for crop health. This Dosatron Piston Assembly serves as a comprehensive replacement kit designed to fix injectors that have stopped clicking or are experiencing a significant loss in suction. By replacing the entire internal motor piston, you ensure the mechanical timing of your fertigation system remains accurate under varying water pressures. Durable Performance with Viton Seals This specific assembly is outfitted with Viton (VF) seals, which are critical for maintaining integrity when exposed to aggressive horticultural chemicals. Unlike standard seals that can swell or degrade, the Viton seals offer long-term durability against pH-down acids and complex mineral salts. Each kit arrives ready for installation, including the main motor piston body, the connecting rod, and the pre-installed Viton piston shell for a seamless maintenance experience. Key features: Full Compatibility: Designed specifically for the Dosatron D14MZ series, including D14MZ2, D14MZ10, and D14MZ3000 models. Acid Resistance: Equipped with Viton seals (VF) to withstand harsh horticultural chemicals and acidic solutions. Simplified Repair: Includes the main motor piston, connecting rod, and seals for a quick "drop-in" replacement. Restored Suction: Eliminates dosing inconsistencies by fixing internal motor timing and suction failures. Commercial Grade: Built to withstand the rigorous demands of professional hydroponic and greenhouse operations.
