Dosatron DNO SPECIAL 20GPM PVDF UPPER HOUSING W/BYPASS -HV

High-Performance Chemical Resistance with PVDF Construction The Dosatron DNO Special 20GPM PVDF Upper Housing is the ultimate solution for growers and industrial operators requiring maximum durability from their Dosatron D45 series injectors. Constructed from premium PVDF, this white housing offers superior resistance to concentrated acids, bleach, and harsh cleaning agents. Unlike standard blue housings, this reinforced PVDF material prevents cracking and structural failure when exposed to volatile hydroponic chemical solutions. Its heavy-duty design ensures a leak-proof seal and long-term reliability in demanding commercial environments. Industrial Strength for High Volume Nutrient Injection Designed specifically for the -HV High Volume configuration, this housing is built with reinforced wall thickness to handle the continuous mechanical cycling of large-scale operations. This industrial nutrient injector housing includes an integrated manual bypass switch, allowing you to toggle chemical injection on or off without interrupting the primary water flow. Whether you are managing complex irrigation schedules or industrial sanitation, this housing provides the mechanical integrity needed for precise fertigation system maintenance and high-flow efficiency. Key features: Maximum Chemical Compatibility: PVDF construction provides elite resistance against concentrated acids and aggressive industrial oxidizers. Integrated Manual Bypass: Easily switch chemical injection on or off while maintaining consistent water flow through the system. Enhanced Structural Durability: Reinforced wall thickness specifically designed for the high-pressure cycling of industrial -HV series pumps. Universal D45 Series Fit: Perfectly compatible with D45RE1.5, D45RE3, D45RE8, and D45RE15IE injector models. Preventative Maintenance: Includes the necessary upper housing O-ring to ensure a pressurized, airtight seal upon installation.
