Dosatron bom REBUILD KIT FOR D40MZ3000IIK (LOWER SEALS AND PISTON WEAR PARTS)

Restore Accuracy with the D40MZ3000IIK Rebuild Kit The Dosatron D40MZ3000IIK Rebuild Kit is the professional solution for restoring the high-flow performance of your 40 GPM nutrient injectors. This "Bill of Materials" (BOM) package includes every essential wear part needed to refresh both the piston assembly and the injection seals. By replacing these internal components, growers can ensure the D40MZ3000IIK injector maintains its ultra-precise 1:3000 to 1:500 injection ratio without variance. Regular service with these genuine parts prevents costly downtime and ensures consistent delivery of professional-grade fertilizers and supplements. Advanced Kalrez Seals for Extreme Chemical Resistance Unlike standard seals, this Kalrez rebuild kit is specifically engineered for facilities utilizing aggressive acids, caustic cleaners, or concentrated solvents. The "K" designation represents the highest tier of chemical compatibility available, preventing seal degradation where Viton or Aflas might fail. Each Dosatron seal repair component in this kit is manufactured to withstand the high-pressure demands of a 40 GPM system. This full service kit includes the injection sleeve O-rings, plunger seals, and a complete check valve assembly for a total system overhaul. Investing in Kalrez seals ensures your irrigation system remains reliable under the most intense chemical loads.
