Dosatron bom REBUILD KIT FOR D40MZ3000AFII (LOWER SEALS AND PISTON WEAR PARTS)

Restore Performance with the D40MZ3000AFII Rebuild Kit Maintaining peak efficiency in a high-performance hydroponic setup requires periodic overhauls of your injection equipment. The Dosatron BOM Rebuild Kit for D40MZ3000AFII is a complete Bill of Materials (BOM) package that refreshes all critical wear parts within the D40MZ3000 series. By replacing the internal piston components and high-wear seals, growers can eliminate pressure loss and ensure the unit maintains its strict 1:3000 to 1:500 injection ratio. This kit is essential for commercial facilities where uptime and dosing accuracy are non-negotiable for crop health. Advanced Chemical Resistance with Aflas Seals The "AF" designation in this kit signifies the inclusion of Aflas seals, which are engineered specifically for demanding chemical environments. These seals offer the highest level of durability against caustic, alkaline, and high-pH solutions, making them the industry standard for handling pH-up concentrates and aggressive cleaning agents. Utilizing the Dosatron BOM Rebuild Kit for D40MZ3000AFII every 24 to 36 months prevents seal degradation and leaks. This proactive maintenance ensures your nutrient delivery system remains airtight and chemically resilient under heavy operational loads. Key features: Complete BOM Overhaul: Provides a total system refresh including the piston repair kit and seal repair kit for a comprehensive 40 GPM unit service. Aflas Seal Technology: Engineered for maximum resistance against high-pH chemicals, caustic cleaners, and alkaline solutions (pH 7.0 and higher). Restores Dosing Precision: Ensures your D40MZ3000 maintains its exact injection ratio for consistent nutrient delivery across the entire crop. Preventative Reliability: Replacing wear parts every 24-36 months eliminates the risk of unexpected downtime in commercial fertigation lines.
