Dosatron bom REBUILD KIT FOR D40MZ2AFII (LOWER SEALS AND PISTON WEAR PARTS)

Maintain Precision with the Dosatron D40MZ2AFII Rebuild Kit The Dosatron D40MZ2AFII Rebuild Kit is an essential maintenance solution for high-volume irrigation setups requiring consistent nutrient dosing. Engineered for the 40 GPM D40MZ2 series, this kit features specialized Aflas seals designed to withstand caustic chemistries and solutions with a pH of 7 or higher. By replacing critical internal components like the piston assembly and injection sleeve o-rings, growers can prevent pressure loss and ensure their injector maintains exact dilution ratios throughout the crop cycle. Optimize Injector Longevity and 40 GPM Performance Regular service intervals are vital for commercial hydroponic success, and this 40 GPM lower seals and piston wear parts kit provides everything needed for a full mechanical overhaul. It includes a complete piston kit with the omega spring and connecting rod, alongside a robust check valve assembly to prevent backflow. Installing this factory-spec kit every 24 to 36 months protects your investment, eliminates leaks, and guarantees that your high-flow delivery system operates at maximum efficiency without unexpected downtime. Key features: Enhanced Chemical Resistance: Features Aflas (AF) seals specifically formulated for high pH and caustic cleaning solutions. Complete Mechanical Overhaul: Includes both the piston kit and seal kit to restore the internal drive and injection mechanism. Precision Dosing Consistency: Eliminates bypass and pressure drops to ensure your plants receive the exact nutrient concentrations required. Direct OEM Compatibility: Engineered exclusively for the Dosatron D40MZ2 series to guarantee a perfect fit and seal. Extended Equipment Life: Prevents costly injector failures by replacing high-wear parts like the omega spring and plunger seal.
