Dosatron BOM NSF PLUNGER ASSY AF SEAL FOR D40WL3000

Certified Precision for High-Volume Water Potabilization The Dosatron Plunger Assembly (Part #8PJ074NAF) is the primary internal suction engine for the D40WL3000 series, the industry's choice for high-flow water disinfection and municipal treatment tasks. Capable of handling water flow rates up to 40 gallons per minute, this assembly is meticulously calibrated for ultra-low dose applications, maintaining a consistent 1:3000 to 1:800 (0.03% to 0.125%) injection ratio. As a genuine NSF-certified replacement, it ensures that your water treatment system remains compliant with safety standards while delivering the volumetric precision necessary for critical sanitation and potabilization protocols. Advanced Aflas Sealing for Industrial Alkaline Dosing This assembly is equipped with high-durability Aflas seals, specifically selected for their superior resistance to high-pH, alkaline chemistries and specialized water treatment additives. Unlike standard seals that can fail in basic environments, Aflas maintains its structural integrity and sealing power, preventing vacuum leaks and protecting the injector's motor from internal wear. By providing a complete "Bill of Materials" (BOM) plunger unit, this assembly allows for a rapid and reliable field replacement, ensuring your facility maintains uninterrupted operation and consistent chemical delivery in high-demand industrial environments. Key features: NSF/ANSI 61 & 372 Certified: Guaranteed safe and compliant for use in water potabilization, food-safety disinfection, and municipal water treatment systems. Aflas (AF) Seal Integration: Engineered for superior resistance to alkaline chemicals and high-pH additives, preventing premature seal wear and suction loss. Ultra-Precise Low-Dose Suction: Maintains a factory-calibrated 1:3000 to 1:800 ratio, ensuring the exact delivery of sensitive chemicals in high-flow systems. Heavy-Duty 40 GPM Construction: Built to withstand the hydraulic stresses and mechanical demands of commercial-scale irrigation and industrial fluid transfer. Complete BOM Maintenance Solution: Simplifies complex repairs by providing a pre-assembled plunger unit, reducing labor costs and facility downtime.
