Dosatron BELL HOUSING D20S W/BYPASS AND SEAL EX 20MP004- HV

High-Flow Control for Industrial Fertigation Systems The Dosatron Bell Housing (Part #EX 20MP004-HV) serves as the primary structural casing for the D20S series, the undisputed workhorse for high-volume commercial irrigation. This assembly is critical for maintaining the internal pressure and housing the piston mechanism required for precise proportional dosing at flows up to 100 GPM. Crafted from reinforced, chemical-resistant materials, this housing is built to withstand the rigorous pressure fluctuations and heavy-duty use common in expansive greenhouse and nursery operations. Replacing a worn or damaged bell housing is essential to preventing leaks and ensuring the structural integrity of your high-flow injection station. Integrated Bypass Functionality and Precision Sealing This specialized model features a built-in bypass switch, a vital utility for professional facility management. With a simple flip of the switch, technicians can stop the injection of fertilizers or chemicals while allowing clear water to continue through the system—perfect for flushing lines or switching between different nutrient protocols without uninstalling the unit. The assembly comes complete with high-performance seals designed to resist degradation from common agricultural acids and sanitizers. As a genuine OEM replacement part, the 20MP027 SKU ensures a perfect, factory-standard fit, maintaining the consistent dosing accuracy and long-term reliability that Dosatron Mega-Flo systems are known for.
