CenturionPro Silver Bullet Trimmer. Quantanium Hybrid Tumbler

What the CenturionPro Silver Bullet Adds Over the Original This machine is the Original fitted with a silencer, and that is not a cosmetic difference. The noise reduction is around thirty percent against the standard build. In a trim room where people work a full shift beside it, that is the difference between shouting and talking. Throughput is unchanged at up to 50 pounds of wet material an hour or 10 pounds dry, running at 37,500 cuts a minute. The drum measures 6.5 inches across and 30 inches long, taking wet and dry material without a changeover. The frame runs 30 inches long, 13 wide and 28 high. It draws 7 amps at 110 volts, or 3.5 amps at 220 volts. The 3 horsepower leaf collector moves 2,750 CFM and comes with the machine, along with a large hopper and the triple bag kief system. CenturionPro warrants the trimmer for ten years and the leaf collector for three. The Hybrid Tumbler and the Quantanium Coating This configuration ships with the coated drum rather than plain stainless. The Quantanium surface is non stick, so resin releases instead of building through a run. Trichome preservation is roughly forty percent greater than on an uncoated drum. No spray or oil is required to keep material moving, which keeps the kief free of anything added. That matters commercially, because a release agent in the collection bags devalues everything in them. The drum is dual purpose, so a room running wet in the morning and dry in the afternoon does not stop to swap hardware. Cleaning intervals stretch, and on a quiet machine used for long shifts that is the constraint worth relaxing. If you already own this frame, the same drum is available on its own. Fitted from new, it saves a second outlay and the downtime that goes with it.
