CenturionPro Original SS Stainless Steel Trimmer, 50 lbs/hr Wet

A Commercial Bud Trimmer Sized for a Full Flower Room A room pulling forty or fifty pounds a cycle sits awkwardly between a bench unit and a rail system. The Original SS is built for exactly that scale. One tumbler measures 6.5 in in diameter and 30 in long, the widest single drum in the SS range. Wet flower clears at up to 50 lbs per hour, dry at 10 lbs. The reel spins between 5,500 and 55,000 cuts per minute depending on where the dial sits. Hand crews average one or two pounds an hour each. One machine replaces a table full of them. Weight lands at 106 lbs, still a two-person lift rather than a freight problem. The chassis keeps the same 30 in by 13 in plan as the Mini SS, so shelving and carts carry over. Power draw stays at 6 Amp on 110V in North America. Living With a Wet and Dry Trimming Machine Through a Season Most operations start wet and drift toward dry as drying space opens up. This machine follows either habit without a parts change. Speed is the only adjustment, and it takes a few seconds. Fresh material with sticky trichomes wants velocity; brittle cured flower wants restraint. Resin loading is heavier on wet runs, so build cleaning breaks into the schedule. The food-grade hopper lifts away and the reel pulls for a wipe. Because the bearings are sealed and maintenance-free, there is no grease point to contaminate a batch. Surfaces are 304 stainless and electroless nickel plated aluminum throughout. Add the triple-bag kief system when trichome dust is worth collecting, and add a rail kit when one drum stops keeping up.
