CenturionPro Mini Trimmer | Hybrid Wet & Dry, 1.5 HP Leaf Collector

How the CenturionPro Mini Trimmer Is Built The Mini is a single-tumbler trimmer for small and mid-size harvests, built to handle wet or dry flower. Its dual-purpose hybrid tumbler is 27 in long and 6.5 in across, made from 16-gauge 304 stainless steel. A hardened steel reel with 11 blades runs below it at 25,000 cuts per minute. Rated output is up to 35 lbs per hour wet or 7 lbs per hour dry. A 1.5 HP leaf collector pulls 2,000 CFM through two 4 in food grade hoses to draw leaf onto the reel. A diverter fine tunes that airflow for different strains and densities. Trim then separates in the triple-bag system, with leafy trim in the inner bag and kief in the micron bag. The body is anodized aluminum and stainless steel, fed from a large hopper. The trimmer runs on 110V at 6 amps, while the collector draws 14 amps on 110V. The trimmer carries a 10-year warranty and the leaf collector three years. Running the Centurion Pro Mini at Harvest The Centurion Pro Mini fits an operation that has outgrown hand trimming and needs a compact machine. Put the trimmer and leaf collector on separate circuits, since together they pull more than one standard circuit should carry. Pair it with a bucker so stems come off before flower reaches the tumbler. For dry trimming, aim for flower at about 11% moisture, with 8 to 13% still workable. Wet flower can go straight in after bucking and fan leaf removal. Feed the hopper in steady, even loads rather than large dumps. Open the diverter for airy flower and close it down for dense flower that needs a tighter cut. Empty the micron bag often during long sessions to keep suction strong. Pressure wash the body after the run, and wash the tumbler by hand in warm, soapy water. A second tumbler lets one batch run while the other is cleaned or switched between wet and dry work.
